We are totally committed to providing high quality custom web designs with optional web hosting and domain name registration, plus full on-going technical and general support, for the most affordable outlay possible.
In order to keep our design fees to an absolute minimum:
- we handle all communications with our clients either online (using this web site), via email or by telephone - this way we cut out the very costly personal meetings which are a feature of many web design consultations, especially in the commercial medium and enterprise business sectors
- we employ a very cost-effective work-flow model in our web design process, which ensures our clients get the web sites they want by means of a comprehensive initial creative brief, an interim complete site design and a final design approval phase, leading to publication of the website
- our public web site (this one!) has been conceived to provide all the necessary information and help potential and existing clients need in the planning of their web sites, communicating their requirements to us, and understanding the various fundamentals and issues relating to developing and owning a web site in order to assist in the clearest possible communications between them and us
- we additionally provide a private 'Clients Only' web site which allows the efficient delivery of clients' content, useful downloads, a quick-response Help Desk to assist clients throughout the design process and on an on-going basis thereafter, and other facilities to allow optimum effective interaction between us and our clients, in the most cost-effective manner
.Where appropriate (when a web site is to be constantly updated and added to) we offer very low-cost and fully customised Content Management Systems (CMS) to allow clients to maintain and update their sites themselves, without incurring additional web company fees. Online tuition and support in all Content Management procedures is included in the cost of these CMS packages.
To further minimise the initial and ongoing costs of owning a web site, we offer all our web design clients very high quality hosting on Linux or Windows web servers, including all email, website and other server setups, entirely without cost for the first year, and extremely affordably thereafter - usually no more than £25 per annum for a small - medium size web site.
We also offer very low-cost domain name registration for clients who do not already own a domain name, together with help and advice on choosing the best of available domain names with regards to search engine success, branding, usability and other factors.
For charities, not-for-profits and other voluntary organisations we offer special low cost terms on all our design and re-design services, in order to allow such organisations to have effective, fully accessible web presences on the most affordable basis possible.
